1. The Controller of your personal data to be processed in the recruitment procedure is M.B. Market Ltd. Sp. z o.o. located at (05-532) Baniocha, Solec 142.
2. Any matters related to the GDPR can be sent in writing to the following e-mail address: rodo@mbmarket.com.pl or the following postal address: M.B. Market Ltd. Sp. z o.o., 05-532 Baniocha, Solec 142
3. All personal data of applicants shall be processed for the purpose of carrying out this recruitment procedure or in any future recruitment procedures for potential employees of M.B. Market Ltd. Sp. z o.o. located at (05-532) Baniocha, Solec 142, under provided consent. Any data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
4. Your personal data may be received by an entity acting on behalf of the Controller, i.e. any entity providing IT services in the scope of maintenance and failure removal.
5. Your personal data included in your applications shall be processed for 3 months after the application is received. In case you provide consent for your personal data to be processed in any future recruitment procedures, such personal data shall be processed for 1 year. Once this period expires, such personal data shall be removed.
6. Any data subject has the right to access their personal data, to request to rectify or erase such data or to transfer such data. Any request to erase personal data is equivalent to withdrawal from the recruitment procedure carried out by M.B. Market Ltd. Sp. z o.o. located at (05-532) Baniocha, Solec 142.
7. Any data subject has the right to complain to the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office concerning any unlawful processing of their personal data.
8. Providing data included in the recruitment documents is not mandatory, however, failure to provide such data prevents any data subject from being included in the recruitment procedure.
